Dear Church Family,
I hope youâre having a wonderful week!
The Christmas season is upon us, and we are kicking things off this weekend with our Womenâs Christmas High Tea â Saturday, 6th December. This year, we are joyfully supporting First Steps, an organisation doing vital work to help women facing crisis pregnancies right here in Canberra. Thank you for being a church that gives generously and cares deeply for vulnerable women and families. We already have over 40 people registeredâitâs going to be a beautiful event!
Next Sunday, 14th December, we will be hosting our Christmas Outreach Service. Our Kids and Worship Teams have been working faithfully behind the scenes to prepare a wonderful presentation. This service is the perfect opportunity to invite your non-believing family, friends, neighbours, and colleagues. Christmas is a season where hearts are often more open, and a simple invitation could make an eternal difference. Weâve attached a digital invite for you, and physical copies are available in the church auditorium.
If you are available to help with the sausage sizzle after the service, we would love to hear from you. Please let us know if you can lend a hand.
This Sunday, Iâll be sharing a message on Godâs invitational heartâperfectly aligned with the invitation weâre extending to our loved ones for next weekendâs outreach service.
Our Youth are celebrating the end of the year by going ice skating on Friday, 13th December. More information is coming soonâplease see Sean & Eerika for details.

We are so grateful for our incredible Kids Team. They do an amazing job every week!
INY â Youth | Fridays, 7:00â9:30pm @ Church
Youth from Years 6â12 are welcome! Come along for fun, food, games, and the Word. Our Youth Team is passionate about seeing young people grow in their faith.
Womenâs Christmas High Tea â Saturday, 6th December | 12â3pm @ Church
Keynote Speaker: Dr Sarah Jensen from First Steps
Cost: $30 per person
($10 from every registration goes directly to support First Steps, and additional donations on the day are warmly encouraged.)
Christmas Outreach Service â Sunday, 14th December | 10am
A joyful service filled with carols and special items, followed by a fun afternoon with a free sausage sizzle, drinks, and kidsâ activities.
